From Reformers to Cadillac’s and everything in between, the Pilates Studio at Key Fit Club has a tremendous variety of Pilates personal training equipment. Our certified Pilates trainers offer personal one-on-one training or small group trainings on our group Reformers/Towers. Key Fit Club instructors have been trained to design programs and provide our members with Pilates training that fits their individual needs.
Pilates can provide long and lean muscles, core strength, low impact conditioning, and athletic training. In addition, Pilates can help prevent injury and include prenatal and postnatal exercises.
