Pilates

From Reformers to Cadillac’s and everything in between, the Pilates Studio at Key Fit Club has a tremendous variety of Pilates personal training equipment. Our certified Pilates trainers offer personal one-on-one training or small group trainings on our group Reformers/Towers. Key Fit Club instructors have been trained to design programs and provide our members with Pilates training that fits their individual needs.

Pilates can provide long and lean muscles, core strength, low impact conditioning, and athletic training. In addition, Pilates can help prevent injury and include prenatal and postnatal exercises.

Class Description

Mat:

Most popular for of the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning since it is economical and the exercises do not require specialized equipment. Works the Powerhouse including the abdominal muscles.

Reformer:

Reformer uses resistance rather than weight, learning to let the straps, springs, and pulleys be the extensions of your own limbs. It is a very gental and low-impact way to exercise.

Tower:

This piece of equipment helps you mantain proper positions during your exercises and guide your body’s movement, so you can do more and get better, quicker results than you can achieve on your own.

Policy

Group Reformer / Tower Classes are limited to five participants. Pre-registration and prepayment are required to reserve and guarantee a spot.

Drop-ins are allowed if space is available.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Schedule appointements should be canceled 24 hours prior or you will be charged for that session. For more information or to schedule a Personal Training Session or Group Reformer Class.
